HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE RENUKA YARA

Born on 14th June, 1973 at Hyderabad to Late Sri Y.Aylaiah and Smt Y. Nagamani. Completed her schooling from St.George Grammar High School, Abids; Intermediate from Stanleys Junior College, Abids, Graduation from University College for Women, Koti and Post Graduation in Political Science from Hyderabad Central University, Completed LL.B., from University College of Law, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad and obtained LL.M., from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. Her Lordship is a New York Bar Certified Attorney. Pursuant to completion of LL.M., Her Lordship worked as an intern at the office of Rate Payer, Advocate New Jersey. After enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the composite State of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1998, Her Lordship practiced various branches of Civil law and appeared before different District Courts and High Court. Selected as District Judge (Entry Level) by direct recruitment in the year 2012 and worked as II Additional District Judge at Warangal and as Unit Head at Karimnagar, Rangareddy and Hyderabad Districts. Also, worked as Chairperson, VAT Tribunal in December 2020 and later worked as Member Secretary, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad. Her Lordship is married to Sri B. Venkata Seshagiri Rao and blessed with three daughters, Ms. B. Virajitha Shantha, Ms. B. Gita Priya and Ms. B. Sujetha Lakshmi. Elevated and sworn in as Additional Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana on 25.01.2025.
