Hon’ble Sri Justice Y. Bhaskar Rao was born on 26.6.1938 at Kalva Srirampur Village in Karimnagar District. Passed B.A., LL.B. degree from Hanamkonda, obtained the Bachelor of Law Degree from the Osmania University. Enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1964, practised with late Justice Sri Vemuganti Madhava Rao. Appointed as permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 11.7.1986. Transferred to Karnataka High court, Bangalore as Judge, later His Lordship became Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court, Bangalore and retired.
