Born at Pune on 02.03.1954 and later after obtaining B.Sc. Degree did LL.B., at M.P. Law College, Aurangabad, Marathwada University in June, 1976. Returned to native place-Hyderabad-for practicing law and enrolled as an Advocate on 07.10.1976. Worked in the Chambers of late Sri M.L. Ganu, who was a leading Lawyer on the civil side. Worked initially for 2 years in the City Civil Courts and later shifted to High Court in the year 1978. Has been practicing in the High Court as well as in the Supreme Court since then and has vast experience in various matters on civil side, constitutional law, Labour and Industrial laws, Companies Act etc. Was designated as Senior Counsel by the Honourable High Court of A.P. in December, 2005. Since then has appeared as Senior Counsel in various matters. Also represented as Counsel for the State of Karnataka. Has been Adviser and Counsel to High Court of A.P., V.V.Educational Society, A.P.Markfed, A.P.Oilfed, ING Vysya Bank Ltd., etc. Had sworn as Additional Judge of Hounourable High Court of A.P. on 08.08.2008.
Assumed charge as Permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 20.01.2010.
Retired on attaining the age of superannuation on the afternoon of 01-03-2016.
