Born on 01-7-1952 in an agricultural family from Nagulapalli village of Visakhapatnam district. His parents are Smt. Parvathamma and Late Sri Konda Babu. Had his earlier education up to degree at Nagulapalli and Anakapalli of Visakhapatnam District. Obtained Law Degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 1976.He was enrolled as an Advocate in August, 1976 and practised at Anakapalli and Visakhapatnam Courts. Later, joined in the judicial service as Munsif Magistrate on 10-4-1981. Promoted as Subordinate Judge in the year 1989. On promotion as District Judge in 1995, worked as Additional District Judge, Guntur; Additional Director of Prosecutions, Hyderabad; Additional Director, A.P. Judicial Academy, Secunderabad, I Additional District Judge, Sangareddy and Ranga Reddy. Worked as Principal District Judge, Nizamabad and Krishna at Machilipatnam, and Law Secretary for the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
On behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, he represented the team of delegates to study the Revenue Laws at Australia and New Zealand in 2008. Thereafter, the Government of Andhra Pradesh introduced "BHUBHARATHI SCHEME" for aerial survey and land titling and the same was approved by the Government of India, which agreed to introduce the said Scheme throughout the India.
Sworn in as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 15-11-2010. Transferred as an Additional Judge of Karnataka High Court and relinquished the charge as an Additional Judge of Andhra Pradesh on 20-04-2011. Appointed as permanent Judge on 19-01-2012 F.N. Re-transferred to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn-in on 07-11-2013 F.N. Retired on attaining the age of Superannuation on the afternoon of 30-06-2014.
