Hon’ble Sri Justice V. Neeladri Rao was born on 18.2.1931 at Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam Districrt passed B.A., B.L. Graduate from A.V.N. college, Visakhapatnam, Law Degree from Andhra University. After enrolment joined in the chambers of late Sri Narasaraju, later joined in the office of late E. Venkatesham. Selected as District Munsif in 1962. Promoted as District and Sessions Judge in 1975. Appointed as permanent Judge on 28.12.1988. Appointed as Vice-Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.
