Hon’ble Sri Justice V. Madhava Rao was born on 10.10.1922. Had early education at Middle School, Huzurabad and High School, Warangal. Studied Intermediate at Government College, Warangal. Studied B.A. in Osmania University and LL.B., in Law College, Osmania University. Enrolled as I-Grade Pleader, High Court, Hyderabad State in March, 1950 and practised for one year at Warangal. From March, 1951 shifted to Hyderabad and practised on Civil, Criminal, Revenue and Original (writs) side in the High Court. Was the Vice-President of the Advocates’ Association, High Court, Hyderabad during 1969. Elected as a Member of the State Bar Council in 1970 and acted as Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Council. Appointed as Additional Judge for two years on 10.5.1972 and was appointed as permanent Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, from 10.6.1973.
