Hon’ble Sri Justice T.Narsinga Rao was born on 5th November, 1929. Enrolled as I Grade Pleader in High Court of Hyderabad, on 7th August, 1954. And as an Advocate of A.P. High Court on 24-9-1962. Practiced at Nalgonda was Public Prosecutor, Sessions Court, Nalgonda, till his appointment as District and Sessions Judge. He was directly recruited from the Bar as District and Sessions Judge Grade-II on 7-2-1957. Promoted as Grade-I District Judge on 1st January, 1976. Prior to his appointment as Additional Judge of A.P. High Court he was working as Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Appointed as Additional Judge of A.P. High Court for a period of 2 years w.e.f. 23rd November 1977 and appointed as permanent Judge w.e.f 10-11-1978. Died in harness on 6-1-1980.
