Hon’ble Sri Justice T.H.B. Chalapathi was born on 1.6.1938 at Razole, East Godavari District. Passed B.Sc.,B.L. Law Degree from Madras Law College in 1960. Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1961. Practiced at Razole till 1964. Thereafter joined High Court bar in the Office of Sri S. Venkata Reddy and Sri V. Parthasaradhi. Some time associated with Sri A.V. Krishna Rao. Appointed as District and Sessions Judge in the year 1977. Appointed as Addl. Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 4.11.1994. Transferred to Judge Panjab & Haryana High Court on 18.11.1994.
