Hon’ble Sri Justice S. Parvatha Rao was born on 26.11.1935. Passed B.Sc.,B.L. Matriculation in the year 1948. Intermediate from S.R.R. & S.V.R. College, Vijayawada in the year 1950. Degree from Loyola college, Madras 1954 to 1957 Oxford, England. Law from Madras Law College 1958-60. enrolled as an advocate on 14.8.1961. Worked in the chambers of Late Sri D. Narasa Raju former Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh, and junior to Sri N.V.B. Shankar Rao and Sri Justice Raghuvir. Appointed as Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 16.3.1990. Retired on 26.11.1997.
