Practised as Advocate at Proddatur in Cuddapah District from 1963 to 1973.
Joined as District Munsif in 1973.
Promoted as District Judge in 1982 and worked as District Judge at Chittoor & Kurnool, as Chairman of Sale Tax Appellate Tribunal at Hyderabad and as Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, before elevation as Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in July, 1996.
Retired as High Court Judge on 08-12-1998.
