Chandra Reddy, former chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. Standing Counsel for Income-tax department from 1970 to 1981 and Counsel for the Institute of chartered Accountants of India. Former President of High Court Advocates’ Association and former Member of Regional Board of direct Taxes. Founder-President of Forum of Tax Laws. Former member of Law Reporting Council and former Chairman of Disciplinary committee of Bar Council. Appointed as High court Judge from 16.9.1981.
