Hon’ble Sri Justice P.L.N. Sarma was born on 24.4.1933 at Kunchavaram Village, Tenali Taluk, Guntur District. Passed B.Sc., B.L. Graduated from the Madras University both in science as well as in Law and joined as an apprentice under the then Advocate General Shri D. Narasaraju. Appointed as permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 16.3.1990. Retired on 24.4.1995.
