Hon’ble Sri Justice Maithili Sharan was born on 12.6.1939. Passed B.Sc., M.A., LL.M., PhD Law Degree in the year 1960 from Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh. Enrolled as an Advocate at Jhansi. LL.M. Degree in the year 1970 and Doctrolate from Jivaji University, Madhya Pradesh in the year 1980. Selected for Higher Judicial Service of Madhya Pradesh, as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 1973. Promoted as District and Sessions Judge in the year 1983. Elevated as a permanent Judge of the High Court at Madhya Pradesh on 27.9.94. Transferred as Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 6.10.1994. Later transferred as Judge of Allahabad High Court.
