Hon’ble Sri Justice Mohd. Sardar Ali Khan was born on 5.5.1930. Educated in the Madras University topping the list in the Intermediate Examination in the year 1948. B.A. and LL.B. Degree from Osmania University. Subsequently became Barrister-at-Law and took Master of Laws Degree from London University in 1956. Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1957. Appointed as permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 10.12.1982. Appointed as acting Chief Justice from 2.12.1991 to 13.12.1991. Retired as Judge of High Court of A.P. on 5.5.1992.
