Hon’ble Sri Justice Mohd. Mirza was born on 4th January,1908. Educated at M.A.O. Collegeiate school and Aligarh Muslim University. Enrolled as I-Grade Pleader in former Hyderabad High Court on 28-7-1932, as an Advocate of that High court on 25-3-1945 and again enrolled on 10-10-1952 under the Indian Bar Council’s Act. Practised both on Civil and criminal side. Appointed as Government Pleader of Hyderabad High Court in 1939 and Senior Government Advocate in 1945. worked as Additional Public Prosecutor of Andhra Pradesh High Court from 1.11.1956 till his appointment as Additional Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court for 2 years with effect from 7.6.1962. Permanent Judge from 29.9.1965. retired on 4th January, 1970. Died on 30.7.1975.
