Hon’ble Sri Justice Lingaraja Rath was born on 1.10.1935 in Orissa State. Passed B.A.,LL.B., B.A. in the year 1995 and LL.B. in the year 1958. Enrolled as an advocate on 8.2.1960 Orissa High Court. Appointed as Additional Judge of High Court of Orissa on 21.3.1986. Appointed as Permanent Judge on 26.6.1986. His Lordship transferred as a Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court on 4.5.1994.Retired on 1.10.1997.
