Hon’ble Sri Justice K. Rama Swamy was born on 12.7.1932 in Bhatlamgutur Village inTanuku, West Godavari District. Passed S.S.L.C in 1954, B.A. in 1958 from W.G.B. college, Bhimavaram and obtained Law degree in the year 1961 from andhra University and worked as Junior in the Offices of Late Sri Polisetti Ramachandra Rao, and Sri Koka Raghava Rao, Senior member of the High Court Bar. Appointed as Additional Public Prosecutor in 1970. Appointed as Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 29.9.1982. Permanent Judge from 26.11.1982. Appointed as Supreme Court of India w.e.f. 5.10.1989.
