Hon’ble Sri Justice K.M. Agarwal was born on 27.10.1934 at Madhya Pradesh. Passed M.A., LL.B., M.A. in the year 1959 and Law in the year 1960. Enrolled as an advocate in the year 1962 and practised at Rayapur District Court, from 1968 practised in the High Court at Jabalpur. Elevated as additional Judge on14.5.1984. Transferred to Andhra Pradesh High Court as Judge on 14.5.1986.
