Hon’ble Sri Justice K.Jayachandra Reddy was born on 15th July, 1929, Educated at Theosophical High School, Madanapalli, Board High School, Rayachoti, Government College, Anantapur, Besant Theosophical College, Madanapalli. Took his Law Degree from Law College, Madras, Enrolled as an Advocate of Madras High Court, on 04.08.1952. Joined the office of Sri P.Basireddy, who later retired as Acting Chief Justice of A.P. High Court. First appointed as Addl. Public Prosecutor, in 1966 and in 1970 he was appointed as Public Prosecutor which office he held till his elevation in 1975. Appointed as an Addl. Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh for a period of 2 years w.e.f.07.03.1975 and appointed as permanent Judge of A.P. High Court with effect from 30.06.1976. His Lordship has also elevated as Supreme Court Judge and retired on 15.7.1994.
