Hon’ble Sri Justice Immaneni Pandu Ranga Rao was born on 21.4.1933 at Kakinada, east Godavari District. Passed B.A.,B.L. Degree from c.R.Reddy Municipal college, Eluru and Law degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 1952. Enrolled as an advocate in 1953 in Madras High Court. Selected to the judicial service as a District Munsif in 1963. Promoted as sub Judge in 1970 and District Judge in the year 1974. Appointed as a permanent Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 13.10.1986. Transferred as Judge to High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 17.6.1994.
