Hon’ble Sri Justice D.H. Nasir was born on 2.1.1936 at Surat. Passed LL.B. from Sri L.A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad. Enrolled as an Advocate on 22.7.1974. Started practice independently with out working as Junior advocate. In July, 1986 appointed as Judge of City Civil and Sessions Court at Ahmadabad. In the year 1993 appointed as Principal Judge of City Civil and Sessions Court. Appointed as Additional Judge, Gujarat High Court on 23.1.1995. Transferred as Judge, Andhra Pradesh High Court on 23.3.1995. Appointed as permanent Judge on 3.6.1996. Retired on 2.1.1998.
