Born on 14-5-1946 at Srikakulam. Studied in Mrs. A.V.N.College High School, and Pre-University Course in Mrs. A.V.N.College, at Visakhapatnam. Studied B.Sc., in Govt. Arts College, Srikakulum and obtained Law Degree from Andhra University.
He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1968 and practised at Srikakulam. He also practised at Visakhapatnam for a short time.
Appointed as District Munsif in August 1976, promoted as Subordinate Judge in 1984, promoted as District Judge in 1991 and worked at Machilipatnam; Chairman, Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, at Eluru, Principal Judge for ACB & SPE Cases, Hyderabad and Principal District Judge Medak, Khammam, Guntur, Hyderabad, Nellore, Member Secretary, A.P.State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad and Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
