Born on February 20th 1949. Native of Achanapalli village of Bodhan Town, Nizamabad district. Had Schooling at Govt. Boys High School, Shakarnagar, Bodhan Town, Nizamabad district. Studied Pre-University & Degree at Giraj Government Degree College, Nizamabad. Passed L.L.B., in the year 1978 with distinction from Maratwada University, Aurangabad (Yeshwanth Law College, Nanded). Enrolled as an Advocate on 10.8.1978 and joined the Office of Sri C.Anand Rao, Senior Advocate (at High Court of A.P.) & Ex-Minister of Law & Commercial Taxes, Government of Andhra Pradesh and practiced for more than (24) years in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. Worked as a Senior Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C., in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for 13 years and also Senior Central Government Standing Counsel at High Court of Andhra Pradesh since September 2001 till the date of elevation – Standing Counsel for L.I.C., Housing Private Ltd., for (3) years. Experienced in all fields of Law; Constitutional, Service, Labour, Transport, Customs – Central Excise. Sworn in as Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 02/12/2002. Sworn in as Judge of High Court of A.P. w.e.f. 24.06.2004. Retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 19.02.2011 AN.
