Hon’ble Sri Justice B.K. Soma Sekhara was born on 27.01.1936 at Doddaballapur in Bangalore District. Obtained B.Sc., B.L. degree from Mysore University in 1957 and 1959 respectively. Enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1960. Appointed as Munsiff in the year 1964. Promoted as Civil Judge in July, 1974. Promoted as District and Sessions Judge in November, 1980. Appointed as Permanent Judge of Karnataka High Court on 25.02.1994. Transferred to Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 21.03.1994. Retired on 27.01.1998.
