Born in 1959 at Challavaripalli Village, Tadipatri Taluq, Anantapur District. Had School Education at Challavaripalli and Tadipatri. Graduated in Science from Satyasai College, White Fields, Bangalore. Obtained Law Degree from University Law College (Night College) Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 1983. During 1979 to 1988 worked in an Industrial concern and was involved in execution of Civil and Mechanical works. Enrolled as an Advocate on 24.06.1988 in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh. Was trained by Sri A. Venkata Ramana, Senior Advocate and Government Pleader and later by Sri S. Parvatha Rao (who became Judge of High Court of A.P) who was then expert in the fields of Company Law, Direct and Indirect Taxes and Constitutional matters. Designated as a Senior Advocate in the year 2009 by the High Court of A.P. Argued large number of matters like Writ Petitions, Appeals, Criminal Petitions and Tax Matters. Had also appeared in large number of cases in various Forums such as Electricity Regulatory Commissions, A.P.T.E.L., C.E.S.T.A.T, etc. Had argued in High Courts of Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu besides Supreme Court of India. There are about 250 reported cases in various journals. Elevated as an Additional Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 12.04.2013. Married to Smt. C.Padmavathi and blessed with a daughter Shanmukha Bharathi. Appointed as Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and assumed charge as such on 08.09.2014. Retired on attaining the age of superannuation on the afternoon of 31-07-2021.
