Hon’ble Sri Justice K.V.L. Narasimham was born on 1st April, 1910. Educated at Islamia School, Secunderabad, V.R. College High School, Nellore, Hindu High School, Vijayawada, Pachayappa’s College, Madras and Law College, Madras. Enrolled as an Advocate of Madras High Court on 1st April, 1935. Joined State Higher Judicial Service in 1946. Came to Andhra State on its formation as District and Sessions Judge. Worked as Chairman, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, June 1957 to March, 1958 Principal Judge, City Civil Court from April 1958 to April 1959. Registrar, High Court of Andhra Pradesh from 1st May 1959 until his elevation.
Appointed ad Additional Judge on 9th December, 1959 and again appointed as Additional Judge from 9th December 1961. Permanent Judge from 7th June, 1962.
Appointed as Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh on 15th June 1971 and retired on 1st April, 1972. Died on 9.10.1973.
